Many agencies make big promises about building a website or skyrocketing your website to the top of Google searches. Not many say what results are actually achievable or what happens after the first phase of building a website.
We differentiate ourselves from our competitors by being one of a few agencies that collaborate with our clients on web design and development, search engine optimisation, paid advertising, and technologies such as AI. A business does not require us to provide all of these services, nor do they require our services all at once. In fact, it is often more beneficial to a business to focus on one to two of these services at a time.
Web Design & Development
Most businesses don’t need or care about a website that wins awards. What really matters is a fast loading, mobile-friendly website that guides your users to where they need to be. Sadly, a lot of business websites fail to meet these basic tenets of web design. Beyond that, a website should fulfill the purpose of your business and either bring in more orders, generate calls for inquiry, or simply not turn-off your customers.
We use WordPress. This is the world’s largest content management system for a good reason. Our clients are in full control of their website. They are free to update their own content and there are no restrictions to the partner developers we work with.
Search Engine Optimisation
Some businesses don’t like that SEO takes more time to yield results as compared to paid advertising. I’ll be honest, movement tends to happen 3-6 months in, and in more competitive spaces, it can take even longer.
However, many businesses realise the value this creates because ranking positions are effectively free. Unlike paid ads, while you’re ranking, no clicks are costing you. This yields compounding returns over time, especially compared to other marketing strategies where no effort, no money and no results is the case if we were to stop funding the strategy. We cover technical SEO, on-page, content and local search.
Paid Search
Advertising using Google Ads means that your business appears at the top of search results for your target keywords. You pay only when an ad is clicked. In most cases, when someone clicks on your ad, it means that they are already looking to buy the product or service that you are providing, and therefore, Google Ads, when compared to many other advertising methods, provides a good starting point.
Google Ads also compliments Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) particularly when the business has begun to focus on building organic search rankings. Unlike advertising methods, Google Ads and SEO do not compete against each other.
AI
AI tools impact process and technology across virtually every industry. Sometimes differentiating between good and bad AI tools can be difficult. The best AI tools maintain their functionality and showcase their most relevant features once integrated into a business.
Our team focuses on helping clients develop clear and actionable paths to integrate AI tools into their businesses, primarily around content and automation. It takes minimal investment and minimal coding to initiate processes with our tools.
If you are not quite sure where your focus should be on the above, don’t worry. Most people begin engagement without a bulletproof brief. Let’s chat and see what might help you first.
